Nails Inc - Tilney Street

Today I'm wearing "Tilney Street" from Nails Inc. In the bottle this is a gorgeous baby blue with a subtle shimmer. You can just about see the shimmer in the picture I took with the flash (on the right); sadly the shimmer disappears on the nail and it looks like a baby blue cream. That said I still like the polish and I'll be adding it to my "it's a keeper" stash.
